It's a rubbish story, really... I was watching ET while talking to my friend, and Elliiot calls his brother "Penis Breath" so I called my friend that... he replied with "donkey breasts"...

there are two kinds of paraphasic errors: literal and semantic. Pid can look them up.

I didn't know that.  I found the word aphasia while browsing through my obscure word list maybe last month... I looked up paraphasia through the search engine and found it as well. Then again, you're our neurologist.
