I am doing ok. Actually I always get a tad pissed at this time (9:30pm) because it is getting close to when I have to go to sleep and I never want to go to sleep. So I am ok...and mildly pissed off. Haha!!
 Do you watch Dr. Who? I do, well I have seen 2 of them so far. It is strange that you should post in this forum. Most people do not. There was one person who did, over 3 years ago. He did not like to come out of this forum, so we talked in here. Then finally, after about a month, he ventured out.

The first Dr.Who I remember in the 60's was this really old guy. I remember we couldn't watch it because my brother got nightmares.

Yes, Dr. Who was rather an old chap in the original series. This new one is fun I think.
I see you deleted your offer (to answer questions) and are asking a few of your own. Being irritated or irritable is not my normal state. Normally I am rather placid though some call that "interested". It is that time of the month coming up soon. I don't get more irritable as the time approaches, but I do get more emotional. However, I do believe that my getting pissed at 9:30 coincides exactly with the thought that "I have to go to bed soon". So I get pissed from that. It happens almost every night. Abraxas huh? I will be very sorry to see that board close down. Of course all boards are closing down.

The offer stands ( altho more of a statement of intent, nothing being expected in return). I thought of some questions I couldn't answer so i thought I'd better delete the post; also I didn't want to presume that I am a bona-fide practioner of folk medicine.
I couldn't get thru to the Abraxis site and a google search thru me off anyway. All boards are closing down? I'm probably at the other end of the spectrum when it comes to going to bed; often I'm 1/2 asleep already. Are there other message boards you contribute to where I might see you around if this one closes? |

I wonder why you could not get through to Abraxas. Well the link to Abraxas is at the top of this board and in the ring at the bottom of the board. Do you sleep alot? Perhaps you have narcolepsy? I do. This board may take half a year or longer to close. I am not sure. We are paid up in gold until January. But I hang around Gaia if ever you want to find me outside of this place. Same name. 2400000 visits divided by 54 months = 44444.4444444to 27 places acording to my calculator (that's average visits per month or 1481.4814814814814814814814814815 visits per day averagely) Those are some odd looking numbers. |

Maybe I would have celebrated 2300000 visits, but not 2400000.
It is no wonder that you get odd numbers here. This is likely a nexus for them of a small and social sort. In other words, we like numbers here and so pay attention to them. Whereever you do that you get interesting confluences. So I like the number 23. Besides being a 4k+3 prime number it has many associations (some call coincidences).

I try not to let coincidental ocurrences disturb or distract me. Just the other day I made my 888th post at 8:44 with the #35 in it. I called atention to it, that it was my 888th post. So I put the eights together like this:
888 888 888 and found that diagonaly horizontaly and verticaly there were 8 strings of 888. THEN I thought of Aces & eights (Dead mans hand) but that's 2 aces and two eights, so I'm not worried. |

I don't know anything about Dead Man's Hand, but your rows of eight's have a nice symmetry to them that I admire. That must have been nice to make that realization that they spontaneously counted out that way, rows, columns and the diagonals. Nice.
